Return Policy
If you purchased “Whitesmile Full”, you are eligible to get UNLIMITED Refinement for 24 Months from Date of Case Approval without returning aligners that you have received. WhitesmileClear will gladly accept returns on all unopened and unused merchandise items within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds will only be issued once the items have been returned to our facilities and received by our lab below:
WhiteSmile, Lot 51, 7th Floor, Berjaya Times Square, No.1 Jalan Imbi, 55100, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The refund may vary depends on the cancellation status.
An order for treatment will be canceled and a cancellation fee will apply if any of the following occur:
- An order is canceled by Doctor any time after planned treatment submission but prior to 3D simulation approval.
- An order has not been finalized by Doctor within 90 days from submission and Doctor having been advised of one or more missing mandatory requirements (completed prescription form, missing or unacceptable impressions or intra-oral scans, missing photos, missing radiographs)
- 3D simulation is not responded by Doctor within 90 days from first 3D simulation uploaded.
It is the policy of Whitesmile Clear Laboratories that aligners will not be manufactured using patient information that is more than 90 days old.
Cancellation and refund are not possible if:
- 3D simulation has been approved by Doctor and manufacturing had been started.
- If a patient’s case has been canceled and you wish to re-start treatment at a later date, new patient records are required (impressions, radiographs, and photos)
Cancellation conditions and a fee applies to all WhitesmileClear Package – WhitesmileClear Full and Whitesmileclear Lite.
